  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to spice preference)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 cup cooked jasmine or basmati rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (black & white mix)
