Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions and let it cool.
Slice the cucumber and radishes finely, and chop the herbs.
In a small bowl, mix the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, pepper, and salt.
Combine the cooled quinoa, veggies, herbs, and crumbled feta in a large bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.
