PREP CHICKEN: Cut chicken into even nugget-sized pieces.
SET UP COATING: Bowl 1: Flour + salt + pepper. Bowl 2: Beaten eggs. Bowl 3: Breadcrumbs + garlic powder + paprika.
COAT NUGGETS: Dip chicken: flour → egg → breadcrumbs. Press lightly so coating sticks.
COOK (CHOOSE ONE): AIR FRYER: 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 mins (flip halfway). OVEN: 400°F (200°C) for 18-20 mins (flip halfway). FRY: Medium-hot oil, 3-4 mins per side until golden.
