A true show stopping dish for your Shabbat table that comes together in minutes and lets the oven do all the hard work. Itβs freezer friendly and reheats beautifully, making it perfect for prepping ahead of time. Alternately, you can use two whole chickens or even chicken pieces.

Preheat your oven to 400Β°F
Wash and pat dry the Cornish hens. You can also use whole chickens if needed.
Place the hens in a large baking dish and arrange the potatoes, peppers, and onions all around.
Season everything with the paprika, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Drizzle with olive oil and massage everything really well, making sure to get under the skin and inside the cavity of the hens.
Pour the orange juice over everything and drizzle lightly with honey.
Cover with parchment paper and seal tightly with foil.
Bake for about 2 hours.
Uncover, baste the hens, and bake for another 30 minutes until golden and caramelized.
Broil for 5 to 10 minutes if desired.
Serve on a beautiful platter and enjoy Shabbat Shalom πβ¨π
