  • 4 chicken breast
  • 200 g tomato paste or sauce
  • 200 g diced tomatoes (diced or canned, no salt added)
  • 100 g onion, finely diced
  • 20 g fresh garlic (about 4 cloves), minced
  • 10-15 g fresh ginger, grated
  • 100 ml unsweetened almond milk (or skim milk)
  • 30 g light butter (or ghee)
  • 20 g garam masala
  • 10 g curry powder
  • 5 g smoked paprika
  • 5 g chili powder (adjust to heat)
  • 10 g salt
  • 2 g black pepper
  • 16 oz protein pasta
  • 60 g honey
  • 300 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 100 g whipped cream cheese
  • 4 g Butter seasoning

Instructions

    Add 4 lbs (1815 g) chicken breast into a crock and add the flowing
