2 Minute Blueberry Crumble

This healthy blueberry crisp is the perfect breakfast or lunch to make when you want something sweet! It only takes a few minutes to make, has 30 grams of protein and is DELICIOUS!

Add the blueberries, cornstarch and lemon juice to a microwave safe bowl and stir together.
Microwave for 1 minute.
In a second bowl combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, honey and salt. Add a splash of water at a time until you have a crumble texture.
Add on top of the blueberries then microwave for 1 more minute.
I like to add a tbsp of greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
