A recipe for a burger bowl with a homemade burger sauce.

Cook the 95% lean ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Prepare the 1/2 yellow onion with a quick spray of avocado/olive oil.
Bake 150g of squash (kabocha, butternut, delicata, or spaghetti squash).
Chop 2 medium pickles.
Assemble the bowl with 2 cups romaine, cooked ground beef, prepared onion, baked squash, 40g cherry tomatoes, 30g sliced avocado, and chopped pickles.
For the burger sauce, combine 50g non fat greek yogurt, 1-2 tbsp no sugar ketchup, 2 tsp mustard, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, and 1 tbsp pickle juice.
Drizzle the burger sauce over the bowl.
