THE SIMPLEST HAM AND EGG BREAKFAST EVER!

Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).
Lightly grease a 6-cup muffin tin with vegetable oil.
Place ham slices into each cup, forming a “cup” shape.
Crack 1 egg into each ham cup.
Add a pinch of salt.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Garnish with herbs and chili flakes if desired.
Serve hot.
