PERFECTLY CRISPY CHEESE TORTILLA OMELET Every Single Time!

Beat the eggs with salt.
Heat a skillet and lightly grease with vegetable oil.
Pour the egg mixture into the hot skillet.
Place the tortilla on top immediately.
Flip everything to the other side so the tortilla is coated with egg on both sides.
Cover with a lid and cook until the eggs are set.
Open the lid and flip the tortilla.
Add mozzarella cheese on one half.
Fold the tortilla in half with a spatula.
Cover with a lid again for about 1 minute until the cheese melts.
Remove from the skillet.
Serve hot.
