Marbled Blueberry White Chocolate Fudge

White chocolate and blueberry puree swirled together into fudge sounds strange until you see that deep violet marble and taste these 3-ingredient Blueberry Fudge squares. 🫐 Made this for a brunch board last weekend and everyone thought it came from a candy shop.

  • 2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup blueberry puree (about 1 cup / 150g fresh blueberries blended smooth)
  • blueberries for decoration (optional)

4 steps

Instructions

  1. 1

In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until melted and smooth.

  2. 2

Remove from heat and scrape in the blueberry puree, folding gently with a spatula just enough to create thick, glossy ribbons of purple and white.

  3. 3

Pour into a parchment-lined pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until completely firm.

  4. 4

Press a knife down through the chilled fudge with slight resistance and cut into squares.
