  • 250 g boneless chicken (boiled/shredded)
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Chilli flakes
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • Cheese slices (1 per roll)
  • 1–2 eggs (beaten)
  • Breadcrumbs (as needed)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

    Mix shredded chicken with chaat masala, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, and melted butter until creamy.

    Shape mixture into small rolls and insert a cheese slice inside each one. Seal well.

    Dip rolls into beaten egg.

    Coat fully in breadcrumbs.

    Deep fry in medium heat until golden and crispy.
