  • 150–175 g Green tomato (~30 kcal)
  • 30 g Egg whites (about 1 large egg white) (~15 kcal)
  • 10 g Flour (~35 kcal)
  • 10 g Cornstarch or cornmeal (cornstarch is crispier + lighter) (~35 kcal)
  • 1–2 g Salt
  • Pepper + paprika + garlic powder
  • Cooking spray
  • 5 g Parmesan (optional)
