Season 3lbs 96/4 beef with 8g garlic powder, 6g onion powder, 7g salt, pepper blend, mix that up and let it cook.
Boil 16 ounces of broccoli, when it’s done chop it up if you don’t like thick broccoli. I chopped mine up with my spatula it was very easy.
Simply boil 16 ounces of protein pasta of your choice.
For your cheese sauce, blend 300g plain Greek yogurt, 300g 2% cottage cheese, 8oz protein bone broth, 3g garlic, 3g salt and pepper, 3g onion powder, 35g corn starch, and 7 servings (1 bag) 2% Mexican cheese blend.
Once your beef is done, add your broccoli, add your pasta, add your cheese sauce, mix and place into 10 meal preps.
