CREAMY TOMATO PASTA

• 90 g pasta
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 100 ml milk or cream
• handful handful of spinach
• 2 tbsp parmesan
• salt & pepper

   Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

   In a pan, sauté garlic in a little oil until fragrant.

   Add tomato paste and stir for 1 minute.

   Pour in milk or cream and stir until smooth.

   Add the cooked pasta and spinach. Mix well.

   Season with salt, pepper and parmesan. Enjoy!
