  • 44 oz Chicken Breast
  • Garlic Salt
  • Onion Powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 can adobo peppers sauce
  • 1.5 cup Cottage Cheese (0% Fat)
  • 3/4 cup Enchilada Sauce
  • 2 adobo peppers
  • Two adobo pepper sauce
  • 10 strips of beef bacon
  • 2 cup Cup Fat Free Mozzarella
  • 14 Low Calorie Tortillas 60 calorie extreme wellness
  • light sour cream (optional)
  • light ranch with wing sauce mixed together (optional)

    Add Garlic Salt, Onion Powder, Smoked paprika to 44 oz Chicken Breast. Go pretty heavy on the seasoning for flavor.

    Put the chicken into a bowl, add 1/2 can of adobo peppers sauce and mix the chicken until it’s completely coated.

    Add the chicken into your air fryer at 375° for 20 minutes.

    While chicken is cooking, make your sauce and cook your bacon.

    For the sauce, blend 1.5 Cup Cottage Cheese (0% Fat), 3/4 Cup Enchilada Sauce, 2 adobo peppers, and two spoonfuls of the adobo pepper sauce. Run this on high for a couple minutes; you want the sauce to be very, very smooth.

    Cook up 10 strips of beef bacon.

    Chop your chicken up.

    Put both (chicken and bacon) into a big bowl.

    Now add 2 cups Fat Free Mozzarella and your sauce mix.
