A refreshing and satisfying Caesar salad topped with seasoned grilled chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese, all tossed in a creamy Caesar dressing.

Pat chicken breasts dry and season generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink inside. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
Wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and half of the shredded Parmesan cheese. Toss until the lettuce is evenly coated.
Arrange the dressed lettuce on a serving plate. Top with the sliced grilled chicken, croutons, and the remaining shredded Parmesan cheese.
Drizzle with extra Caesar dressing if desired, and serve immediately.
